After implementing urbanization, in this natural valley in Eibar, three buildings were built, identifying them in green, red and blue. Their use varies according to the floor, so that the lower floors are assigned to industrial, upper floors to tertiary and basements to parking use. Volumes were adapted to the slope and were executed with precast concrete structure and the blind part of the facades. The building envelope is finished with metal carpentry and roofs.
