The project Integrated Management of Ormaza Behekoa E.U. 42-2  has incorporated aspect such as sustainable mobility, universal accessibility and respect for the environment where the area is located.

One of the first tasks to develop was the analysis of the proposal of the Urban Plan of Getxo and its adaptation to the level of detail of the urbanization project, which requires greater precision in alignments, levels and gradients.

For this purpose, adjustments were made in the desing of certain roads where the use of the car was limited, as in the case of the street Ibarrengoa Estrata. Furthermore, equipments not initially planned were projected, as the playground at the end of the Ormatzaondo pedestrian street.

Finally, the Integrated Managemente of Ormaza Behekoa E.U. 42-2 was a major effort to coordinate and solve problems consensually between administration and owners, and also among the owners themselves, obtaining a very satisfactory result.
