Innovative building of semi-detached dwelling in ASU, Sopelana developed with cross limited panels (CLT ) in the enclosure and structure of the ground and the first floor and roof. The building is certificated by the eco-design UNE-EN ISO 16001 rule and it is energy certified with a B=9,4 (kgCO2/m2).
